This Privacy Policy describes how HyperEVM Terminal (the iOS application, this website at hyperevmterminal.life, and related materials — collectively, the “Services”) collects, uses, and protects information.

HyperEVM Terminal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Hyperliquid or its licensors, except where your device retrieves third-party data subject to their terms. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Scope

This Policy applies to information processed in connection with the Services, including the iOS app and web pages we operate (such as this policy and the marketing home page).

At a glance

What we store on your device

• Public wallet address (optional) — used to display portfolio-style summaries.
• Watchlist symbols (optional) — tickers you add in the Watchlist tab.
• App preferences — such as onboarding completion and UI-related settings.

Most of this data remains on your iPhone until you delete the app or clear local storage via in-app disconnect where available.

What we send over the network

• Portfolio requests: When you load or refresh portfolio data, the app queries Hyperliquid public API endpoints (and any backend we operate to aggregate responses) using the public address you provided. No private keys or seed phrases are included.
• Configuration / presentation: On launch, limited device environment signals (for example app version, locale, and integrity-related flags) may be sent to our configuration endpoint at hyperevmterminal.life to determine whether to show certain presentation flows. These requests do not include wallet secrets.
• Support email: If you contact support@hyperevmterminal.life, we process your message and metadata needed to respond.

Information we do not collect

• Private keys, seed phrases, or signing credentials.
• Government ID, biometrics, health data, or other sensitive categories — do not send them to us.
• Payment card data through the app (the Services are not a payment processor).

Blockchain & pseudonymity

Public blockchain addresses and on-chain activity are inherently public. Supplying an address may allow third-party APIs and indexers to associate activity with that address. You are responsible for choosing whether to use the Services with a given address.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
• Display portfolio summaries, charts, margin usage, positions, and watchlist-related UI.
• Determine app presentation and operational flows where implemented.
• Respond to support requests and enforce applicable terms.
• Detect abuse, fraud, or integrity threats affecting the Services.

Legal bases (EEA / UK)

Where GDPR-style laws apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the app you requested), legitimate interests (security, improvement, integrity checks), and consent where required (for example optional notifications if offered). You may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.

Cookies & web technologies

Static pages on hyperevmterminal.life use minimal technical measures needed for delivery (for example TLS). We do not run behavioural advertising networks on these pages. If we add non-essential analytics later, we will update this Policy and obtain consent where required.

Push notifications

If you enable notifications in a future version, Apple Push Notification service identifiers may be processed by Apple and any backend we use to deliver alerts. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings at any time.

Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose information:

• To service providers that help operate hosting, email, or infrastructure.
• To comply with law, regulation, or lawful government requests.
• To protect rights, safety, and security of users or the public.
• In connection with a business transaction (merger, acquisition, or restructuring), subject to successor obligations.

International transfers

If you access the Services from outside the United States, information may be processed in the U.S. or other jurisdictions. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards permitted by law.

Retention

• On-device data — until you delete the app or remove stored values in Settings.
• Server logs — only as long as needed for security, debugging, or legal compliance, then deleted or aggregated.
• Support email — retained for ordinary business periods unless you request earlier deletion and no overriding legal obligation exists.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures appropriate for a consumer monitoring app. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your devices and never sharing private keys — which this app does not request.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact support@hyperevmterminal.life. We may verify your request before responding.

California (CCPA/CPRA summary)

California residents may have rights to know, delete, and correct certain personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” as defined by law. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

EEA / UK

You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority and, under certain conditions, object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Automated decision-making

The Services do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us for prompt deletion if you believe we have.

Third-party services

Hyperliquid APIs, Apple platforms, and other third parties have their own privacy practices. Review their policies before relying on their systems.

Accuracy disclaimer

Equity, margin, liquidation estimates, charts, and alerts depend on upstream APIs, latency, and modeling. They may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Verify mission-critical information on official Hyperliquid interfaces.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, in-app or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires explicit consent.
